What you’ll be doing:

Handle customer interactions via phone, chat, and email related to banking products and services
Support clients with daily banking operations (accounts, cards, payments, online banking)
Provide accurate, secure, and compliant information in line with banking regulations
Deliver a high-quality customer experience and build trust-based client relationships
Meet service quality and productivity targets
Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
Ensure strict confidentiality and data protection when handling financial information

Requirements:

Fluent in German
Intermediate English level
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave
Clear and professional communication skills, problem-solving and active listening skills
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
