What you’ll be doing:

Handle incoming calls and chat interactions professionally and efficiently
Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure high satisfaction levels
Build trust-based relationships through open, interactive communication
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information using the right tools and methods
Meet personal and team performance targets including call handling quotas
Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents accurately
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and internal policies consistently

Requirements:

Fluent in German
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave
Clear and professional communication skills, problem-solving and active listening skills
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
