What you’ll be doing:

Promotion of commercial programs and services and sell products through outbound and inbound telephone communication.
Handle customer leads and recommendations coming from retail points.
Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions and product recommendations.
Accurately record customer interactions and follow required procedures using internal systems.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience
Fluent in Maltese
Good Level of English
Excellent communication skills and understanding of customers
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
Absolute willingness to compete and win
Integrity, responsibility and effective time management.
